It’s REAL.

It happens when you analyze a situation

over

and

over.

It is mind-oriented thinking.

The MIND gets stuck.

You become fearful of making the wrong choice.

I experienced it in 2019.

One year after my divorce.

I couldn’t say YES

AND

I couldn’t say NO.

SO…

I said, I don’t know.

Where was I?!

Oh, just…

Living in my mind matter.

I was MIND-ORIENTED for 30 years.

I’ve been able to do some amazing things in this space.

I achieved 2 undergraduate degrees,

1 masters degree,

and an advanced certificate towards graduate studies.

I married.

Birthed my beautiful daughter.

BTW, who is nothing like ME.

Started a business.

I accomplished a lot.

I am PROUD.

I am BLESSED.

The thing is…

I was numb.

Society calls this…

THE

V.O.I.D.

Now,

I AM NO DOCTOR

I HAVE NO CREDENTIALS

and

I am ONLY GIFTED in the spiritual realm.

My 4 year journey brought me back to my younger self.

The door I closed many, many years ago.

Because, I was fearful of being different.

I NEVER did tell a soul about it.

I personally believe this is a REAL issue within the mental health field.

Nobody wants to talk about it.

SCIENCE PEOPLE (I love them) DON’T UNDERSTAND IT.

And, this baffles ME.

It’s ENERGY.

People just don’t know what to do or say.

Spiritually, we go through periods of growth.

They are not all pleasant phases or great places to be in,

I know.

Ain’t NOBODY want to FEEL that PAIN.
