Tonight, I attended my daughter’s honor band concert while her father attended a Pitbull concert.

You see it was his week.

We share custody.

Normally, I leave after her band performance, but tonight I waited to make sure her father’s arrangements held TRUE while he was out of town.

We waited together after the concert.

Looked all around for her ride.

We stood there together for 30 minutes, waiting for her ride that never came.

Feeling her disappointment was all too much bare.

We got to my car, I said, “we need to call your father to let him know your ride didn’t show up and that I will take you home with me.”

She called him.

He said, “they are there, her ride is there!”

But, how could if be if we were the only ones there!!!

We WAITED for 30 minutes.

They responded to me through text with this message “We have three separate families that have stepped in to care for her and they all three will testify that you stole her from her performance.

Now, Let me CLARIFY.

SHE IS MY CHILD!

IT’S NOT STEALING when you are out of town, and nobody is there to get her!

They proceeded with “her ride is over by the art room.”

NO, NO, NO she wasn’t!

They blew up my phone for the next 30 minutes.

Why?

The arrangements they made fell through.

The ride was not there.

Wouldn’t you be happy that MOM stepped in to care for her baby?

Instead they were MAD.

They were MAD, because I said I would take her home with me.

It’s this ill mindset to get back at the mother after a divorce.

It’s about control, manipulation, and whatever ill behavior they can project on to me.

I did take my child to the house who they made arrangements with.

I shouldn’t have taken her there.

But, I did to keep the peace.

TODAY, I’m taking a STAND!

I’M STANDING UP TO YOU!!!
